Fit-outs on record

Keep a vehicle’s modifications in its notes, so the next mechanic knows what’s been fitted before they start. Ask Roo to update them when you fit something new.

  • ModificationsLift, bar, snorkel, tray and electrics, listed in the vehicle’s notes.
  • Tyres and drivetrainTyre size, gearbox and drive have their own fields.
  • PhotosPhotos of the fit-out on the vehicle’s record and on each job.
  • Job historyEvery fit-out and service job on the vehicle, with its parts, labour and total.

Quoting fit-outs

Build a quote from your parts catalogue and labour, priced with the customer’s markup. Roo writes the quote notes, with urgent and safety items first, and you email the quote as a PDF.

When the parts arrive, send Roo the supplier’s invoice and he adds them to the job.
